Rules for using Tales of Xdripia and connected experiences.

These Terms govern the websites, applications, community features, interactive experiences, and connected services of Tales of Xdripia operated by XDRIP Digital Management LLC, Colorado, USA (collectively, the Services).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Additional terms displayed for a particular feature, transaction, download, event, or contribution also apply to that activity. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Description of Services
Tales of Xdripia provides a connected fantasy universe through several digital experiences, including:
- The main Tales of Xdripia portal and related content.
- The Xdripian Codex lore database.
- The Xdripian Library for stories and narrative content.
- Multimedia archives for video, music, images, and interactive media.
- Asset Vault resources and official media files.
- Celestial Atlas, Sanctum, Conclave, Academy, and other connected world-building experiences.
- City Council community governance, proposals, voting, and Treasury features.
- Emporium products, digital offerings, and related checkout experiences where available.
- Arcade and game experiences.
- Community and newsletter features.
Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You may use the Services only where permitted by applicable law and only if you can validly agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must supervise your use and accept responsibility where required.
Connecting a wallet, voting where eligibility rules apply, or making a Treasury contribution is permitted only to persons who have reached the age of legal majority, have legal capacity, control the relevant wallet and funds, and are not prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls, or other laws.
Editorial Production and AI-Assisted Content
Tales of Xdripia is a human-directed creative universe. Text, images, audio, video, code, and interactive works may combine original human authorship, proprietary or licensed source material, and material created, transformed, or refined with generative artificial intelligence tools.
All published material is selected, reviewed, edited, and integrated under the editorial direction and responsibility of Tales of Xdripia. This general disclosure applies across the Portal, Codex, Atlas, Library, Multimedia, games, and connected experiences; it does not mean that every work or every element was generated by artificial intelligence.
Because the universe is evidently creative and fictional, this disclosure is intended to provide transparent notice of AI-assisted production without interrupting the normal display or enjoyment of individual works, consistently with the transparency principles of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Where applicable law specifically requires a more prominent disclosure for a particular type of content, Tales of Xdripia may provide additional notice.
Intellectual Property
To the extent protected by applicable law, the human-authored elements, original selection, coordination, arrangement, editing, software, characters, names, lore, marks, and other protectable content made available through Tales of Xdripia are owned or controlled by Tales of Xdripia or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
The inclusion of AI-assisted or AI-generated material does not grant users a license to reproduce or commercially exploit the services, compilations, editorial arrangements, marks, or other protected elements.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit content from the services without prior written permission.
User Conduct
When using the services, you agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the rights of others.
- Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with service availability, security, or integrity.
- Use automated scraping, bots, or exploits without permission.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or official Tales of Xdripia representative.
User Content
If you submit content such as comments, theories, proposals, fan art, or feedback, you retain ownership of your contribution but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content in connection with the services.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate third-party rights or these Terms.
Accounts, Security, and Connected Wallets
You are responsible for your account credentials, devices, wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, and all activity you authorize. Tales of Xdripia will never ask for a private key or recovery phrase and cannot restore, freeze, or recover a self-custodied wallet.
Wallet connections and signatures may be provided through third-party software and networks. You must inspect the network, address, message, and transaction details before approving them. A valid signature may demonstrate control of a wallet at that moment, but does not establish legal identity, ownership of underlying funds, or entitlement to any feature beyond the rules displayed for that feature.
Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or the integrity of community processes.
Xdripian City Council and Community Governance
The Xdripian City Council is a creative community-governance environment for proposals, discussion, and participation in the development of the Tales of Xdripia universe. It is not a government body, corporate shareholders’ meeting, partnership, fiduciary arrangement, or regulated investment service.
- Proposals, votes, and community actions must be submitted in good faith and comply with the displayed eligibility and participation rules.
- Community features may be moderated, edited, restricted, or removed to protect the service and its users.
- Abuse, manipulation, spam, harassment, or coordinated inauthentic behavior may result in restrictions or suspension.
- Voting access or weight may depend on the user status, participation criteria, or technical rules displayed by the Council at the relevant time.
- Council decisions and votes are advisory unless expressly stated otherwise; technical, legal, safety, editorial, and resource considerations may affect whether and how a proposal is implemented.
- Participation does not create employment, agency, ownership, equity, profit-sharing, fiduciary, or contractual delivery rights.
Xdripian Treasure Chambers — Voluntary Contributions
The Xdripian Treasure Chambers is a community-supported operational fund intended to support artwork and visual content, platform development, new features, community events and rewards, expanded lore, storytelling, and other universe needs. A contribution is voluntary and is governed by the conditions displayed before the operational wallet is revealed.
The Xdripian Treasure Chambers does not provide exchange, brokerage, custody of user assets, portfolio management, investment advice, or a promise of financial return. Displaying a public wallet address is not an offer or sale of a crypto-asset.
- A contribution does not purchase Xdrip, products, services, equity, voting rights, yield, interest, tax benefits, rewards, or any other consideration.
- Only native BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Chain ID 56, is supported. Do not send Xdrip, BEP-20 tokens, wrapped assets, or assets from any other network.
- Blockchain transfers are public and generally final. The Council cannot reverse network transactions, recover transfers sent to the wrong address or network, and does not promise refunds except where required by applicable law.
- Funds may be allocated among the stated universe purposes at the Treasury’s discretion. No particular feature, reward, delivery date, allocation, or outcome is guaranteed.
- The sending wallet address, amount, timestamp, and transaction history remain publicly visible on-chain. Do not place names, messages, or other personal data in transaction fields.
- You confirm that you control the wallet and funds, have legal capacity to contribute, and are responsible for applicable local law, sanctions, tax treatment, wallet security, network fees, and verification of the current network and address.
- Treasury details may change. Use only the address currently revealed through the official Council interface after reviewing and accepting its contribution conditions; never rely on an address received through direct messages or unofficial channels.
Xdrip, Blockchain, and Financial Risk
Nothing in the Treasury contribution flow is an offer to issue, sell, exchange, or distribute Xdrip or any other crypto-asset. Xdrip is not accepted as an operational Treasury contribution.
References to wallets, networks, tokens, governance mechanics, or on-chain records are informational and functional only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto-assets and blockchain networks may involve volatility, loss, technical failure, scams, forks, congestion, regulatory change, and limited legal or consumer protection. You should obtain independent advice where appropriate.
Games and Arcade
- Games are provided for entertainment purposes.
- Scores, achievements, and progress may be stored, moderated, reset, or removed where needed.
- You may not use bots, automation, exploits, or unfair methods to affect gameplay or leaderboards.
- Game availability, mechanics, and content may change without notice.
Purchases, Digital Content, and Downloads
Where the Emporium or another Service offers paid products, digital content, tickets, or subscriptions, the price, payment terms, delivery terms, cancellation or refund rules, and any additional license will be shown at checkout or before purchase. Those specific terms supplement these Terms.
Downloadable Asset Vault materials are licensed only for the uses expressly stated with the asset. Availability for download does not transfer ownership or grant commercial, redistribution, trademark, or derivative-use rights unless the applicable asset license says so.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights, remedies, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Medals of Honor — Real-World Product Notice
The Medals of Honor presented within the Tales of Xdripia universe — including their canonical showcase in the Reliquary of the Eternals under Emblems of Society & Honor in the Xdripian Codex — correspond to a real collectible product line created and distributed by XDRIP Digital Management LLC. Their official home is medalsofhonor.io.
The in-universe presentation of the Medals of Honor is a narrative, editorial celebration of that real product line; it is not itself an offer for sale. Purchase, availability, pricing, editions, shipping, warranty, and support for Medals of Honor are governed exclusively by the terms published on the official Medals of Honor website at the time of purchase, and are not part of these Services unless a Service expressly integrates an official purchase flow.
Nothing in the fictional presentation alters the specifications, entitlements, or conditions of the real product, and owning a Medal of Honor does not by itself grant accounts, voting power, or other rights within the Services beyond any benefits expressly announced through official channels.
Newsletter and Communications
If you subscribe to newsletters or updates, you consent to receive periodic emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those emails or by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites, payment providers, wallets, RPC providers, blockchains, marketplaces, analytics platforms, or tools. Their content, availability, fees, terms, security, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers.
We are not responsible for third-party failures or for losses caused by a wallet provider, network, smart contract, exchange, browser extension, payment provider, or other external service, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete operation of the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tales of Xdripia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other grounds protected by applicable law.
Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, invalidate abusive activity, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, community integrity, maintenance, or enforcement of these Terms.
The universe and its Services evolve continuously. Features, content, eligibility rules, integrations, and availability may be changed or discontinued. Where applicable law requires notice or preserves acquired consumer rights, those requirements remain unaffected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new Services, legal requirements, security needs, or operational changes. The revision date will be updated and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to XDRIP Digital Management LLC in Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or elsewhere of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence or of access to courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
Before starting a formal dispute, you are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter. This does not restrict any statutory complaint, regulatory, or judicial right.
Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
